A consultation to review form for any main lifts, discuss / create plans for better mobility/flexibility and program/rehab evaluation.

  • Fix any compound barbell movement errors
  • Develop warm up/mobility/flexibility system
  • Review / edit current programming to make sure it aligns with the goals at hand
  • Develop injury prehab / rehab protocol

  • 30 min consultation does not include entire program build (Ex: Squat, Bench, Deadlift)

Powerlifting One on One

$135 / Month

For lifters of all levels who want personalized one on one Powerlifting coaching. Customized training for specific needs based on your individual goals and designed to use with the equipment you have available.

  • 4 work days a week 
  • Updated weekly based on feedback through the app, True Coach
  • Accessories will be changed every 4 weeks
  • Weekly video analysis  
  • Detailed warm-ups
  • Rehab and Prehab movements (if necessary)

2861 Powerlifting

$75 One-Time

A template for the upper novice-advanced lifter who wants to push themselves to new levels in an intelligent but challenging way. It provides a solid base for the lifter to build on before the onslaught of weight comes their way.

  • 4 work days a week 
  • 12 weeks
  • 3 cycles 
  • 60-90 min. to complete
  • Program is designed to push through your rep PR’s to create real PR’s. 
  • Every 4th week is variation week. 
  • Program includes specific accessories that directly support SBD. 
  • Initial communication with a coach optional 


  • Gym requirements are squat, bench, deadlift, dumbbells and cable station. 
  • Minimal communication with coaches to assist with questions
